What happens to your message
It is read by a person — the only person here. There is no autoresponder pretending to be a support desk, and no queue position to check.
Messages are kept for as long as the exchange is useful and then deleted. The retention period is not set yet, and the privacy notice says so. Nothing sent here is added to a mailing list, because there is no mailing list.
What to expect
A reply within five working days for general messages, and three working days to acknowledge a security report. Both are targets rather than guarantees.
If a reply does not arrive, it is far more likely to be a mail delivery problem than indifference — sending again is welcome.
What not to send
- Do not send credentials, passwords, or API keys. Nobody here will ever ask for them.
- Do not send other people's personal data.
- Do not send vulnerability details to the general address — use the security address, which is read with that in mind.
