This notice covers this website only — the pages you are reading now. TruXSocial has its own privacy notice, because it holds things this site does not.

Who is responsible
Nicholic is one person, operating from Malaysia. Nicholic is not a registered company. Questions about anything on this page go to the privacy address on the contact page.
What is collected
Nothing is collected by Nicholic through this website. There is no account system, no form, no newsletter, no analytics and no advertising.
Two things nonetheless involve data, and both are listed below rather than glossed over — a privacy notice that claims a site collects nothing at all is almost always wrong, because the host still sees the request.

Who else sees it
Two providers, both Cloudflare. Cloudflare Pages serves these pages, so it sees the request — including the IP address it came from. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards mail sent to the addresses on the contact page, so it handles anything you write.
Neither is paid in data, and the first published commitment binds here exactly as written there. If a provider ever changes, this section is updated before the change takes effect.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and uses no local storage. That is why there is no cookie banner: a banner asking permission for cookies that do not exist is theatre.
This was checked on the deployed site rather than assumed — no cookies, no local storage, no session storage, and loading a page fetches nothing from any other host.
What is never done
- No tracking pixels, no fingerprinting, no advertising identifiers.
- No scripts loaded from another host. Fonts are served from this origin, not from a font provider.
- No profiles of visitors, and no data passed to anyone who would build one.
Your rights
You can ask what is held about you, ask for a copy, and ask for it to be deleted. Write to the privacy address and it will be done — there is very little to look through.
Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to a data protection regulator. That right exists whether or not this page mentions it, which is why it is mentioned.
Children
This site is not directed at children and collects nothing that would identify one. TruXSocial's minimum age is not settled yet, and the TruXSocial page says so rather than leaving it blank.
Changes to this notice
Changes are published here with a date, and material changes are announced in the updates log before they take effect. Superseded versions stay readable.
