What this is
Everything else on this site is a claim about intent. This page is the record of what was actually done, and it is the honest replacement for a roadmap — a roadmap is a promise of dates, and there are no dates to promise.
There is no publishing schedule. Entries appear when something happens worth recording, which means gaps are real information rather than a content failure. An empty log would be evidence against everything on the principles page, and it is meant to be read that way.
