The hard question for a company that talks about openness is what it refuses to publish.
The answer here is a three-tier model: commitments, funding and failures are published in full; protections are described in general terms without their parameters; and architecture, infrastructure and abuse-detection thresholds are not published at all.
The part worth pointing at is the list of tells on the transparency page — the specific things that would show this posture being used to hide something. Drawing that line before there is anything to hide is the only time it can be drawn honestly.
